my world expanded,
literally, for you were

Yeah, “mainstream issues”. Something to avoid these days.
It’s been many years since I’ve had to worry about dating but I watch my daughter go through it. Frustrating.
I think dating/love might be at an all-time low. But perhaps there is still hope for true romance to return. Everything comes in cycles.
I think you are right about that.
Unfortunately. But hope remains. Always.
