I just love this! St Valentine just around the corner, will she get your message?
Joanna
Well, I hope she gets the message, since she might be the only who can fill in the blank and complete the poem. Thanks, Joanna, for your support and kind words.
I can’t help but trying to filling the black with 3 syllable names….yes yes yes I did google….
That’s worth a try. Though 3 syllables and six letters: I Imagine the quest could be near endless. The amount of names in this world is almost unbelievable, and with many more being created each year. Plus, each name has many spelling variants and pronunciation differences. That’s amazing you even undertook the challenge, says much about your determination, I think. And if this were Hangman (the word guessing game), I believe you’d get it pretty soon. Thanks for playing a long. I sure would’ve been interested to see your guesses. Stay safe!
Without clues is impossible. It’s like playing Lotto. π
You’re right it’s near impossible. Speaks to the plethora of names in the the human language. But I’ll only say: it’s like my favorite name, and I adore it much more than my own. Thanks for trying anyway π
Kudos to your romantic heart!
And I had to settle on ‘Juliet’ given the classic love story R&J. Joanna was first came to mind. Now my brain can rest. πΈ

This reminds me of a story I read awhile back about a discovery in Egypt where archaeologists found a love poem in an old well dating back a couple of thousands years ago. It’s similar to your lovely poem and the translated poem ended with the writer saying to his/her love ‘ Could I see you with every glance, It would be better for me than to eat or drink’.
That’s a cool story. Thanks for sharing it and reading. And I think its true: when you find a true love, a “big love”, that connection kinda becomes medicine for your body, nourishment for your soul.
Oh! My! Fantastic, Benjamin. You do it in style eh?? Wonderful. Just dying to meet this femme fatale. She must be quite something to have kept you on your toes. Atta boy!!!!
Thanks. She’s some kind of special. Very uncommon and rare in my opinion. However, I might be a tad bit partial. Though still: I think the aura of her presence is in need of universal acclaim.
You are welcome. If you love her, I am sure she is super special. Already the aura of her permeates this community.
A focus on love is a worthy one.
I feel this is true. Not much of a way around that.
Beautifully written! Short and sweet.
Big thanks, Alina!
You’re welcome!
“I love you” is also 3 syllables… This one is so creative!
It is also 3. I miss you, too. 3 syllables are very important. Good things come in threes, they often say. Thanks, Wardah!
True true! You’re welcome!
Lovely! With Valentineβs coming up, very appropriate. π
Thanks, Lynette. It’s always nice to see a comment from you. And I think I’ve known you the longest of anyone really from the blogging community. π
Youβre welcome. π Yes, I think itβs been about 7 or 8 years. Thereβs you and two other bloggers (who are still posting) that Iβve followed since about 2013. Pretty good! π
Yes, i think it’s been about that long exactly. Pretty good, for sure π
Weβre old-timers. π
Yes, for sure π
Intrigue for the reader, a secret message for your love and the joy of creating for you. Great combination Ben, you clever thing π
Thanks so much, Secrets. There’s something to a language that only lovers can share: each couple I believe have their own. Thanks again. Very much appreciate your thoughts and support.
Awe, beautiful Benjamin. Creatively authentic and so heartfelt, I love this piece. Much love to you friend π€π€
That’s very sweet of you. Much love to her, indeed. Thanks for reading and leaving this message.
Of course, always a pleasure π
Enamoured! Enraptured! Enchanted! β€οΈπ₯°

Thanks again. Stay blessed for all time.
Its beautiful how tenderly you hold her inside you. Wishing you both the best of each other
Thanks so much, really. That’s a very lovely wish!
I don’t know exactly why, since I can’t puzzle out the blank, but this poem brings me a lot of joy. It just makes me smile. Whoever she is, she seems very lucky. :))
π Thanks very much. Glad you found joy out of this one. I got lots from writing it, and, really, I got lucky to know someone so wonderful.
Yay! I am super happy for you. π And getting joy out of writing is always a blessed thing. π
Thank you, thank you. It is a blessing. Not always easy to do, for me at least. Sometimes it’s like pulling teeth. But maybe that’s not always a bad thing. Some dentist do this beautifully and artfully and painlessly!
Yeah, I can commiserate with that for sure. π And also agree. πWell said. And… happy extractions/extracting. :))
Haha. Thanks again!
β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ Love this one!

three syllable names with R… hmmm
I think it’s semi-opened; perhaps many names could fit.
