Yellow Butterfly (ft. Bree Leto) Song + Lyrics (by Cassa Bassa)

*This song is part of collaboration with Cassa Bassa (who created the melody and lyrics). And huge thanks to Bree Leto for making this song so much better with her amazing voice and creative eye. Honestly, you saved this project.

[Chorus]
I can fly
I can hide
I can never say goodbye

[Verse]
You’re my life
You’re my soul
You’re my everything is true

You’re my sky
You’re my tide
You’re my everything alive

[Bridge]
But I’d never ever let you go
That’s true, oh whoa
I can’t breathe without you
I’ll never be fulfilled

[Chorus]
I can fly
I can hide
I can never say goodbye

[Ad lib]

I had a great time working with you both. Bree really took it to the next level and she is the missing puzzle (although it’s only a very small puzzle of only three pieces). Thank you to you both.

  2. Such an amazing song by you three!

  3. Thanks so much! 🙂

  4. Wowser!! This is really a great combination of music, lyrics and such an enchanting voice. Cassa your music is absolutely hypnotic and goes so well behind your words..words that are catchy easy to learn and you wind up singing them in your head (like I just did) I see what you mean about Bree Leto’s voice work…Just loved when she drops down on a verse..so powerful.. This is an all around wonderful piece you guys have put together, Congratulations to all.

  5. Congratulations on a successful collaboration!

  6. This is a touching and quite beautiful song. The voice helped to suck me under until I became immersed in a wonderfully hypnotic sea.

  7. This is great fun and nicely put together. Love hearing you all create together!
