Look at the two swords profoundly smitten
A phrase that has never been expressed
A love that awaits to be transgressed
 
Between the comma and the period
The opening and the final full stop
Show me the outline of your heart
Having sagaciously built the base
Patiently engrossed and embraced
The calmness of strength speaks for the aura of this beautiful art

We make love like poetry
Two bodies bursting with energy
Could put the world in jeopardy
Or could heat the world for eternity

The cleanest source of energy
Is extracted from femininity
Ask a man and he’ll agree
Ask a god they’ll envy

To light a candle’s pretty easy
Just place it near your vicinity
To light the sky’s pretty easy
Just have you in the vicinity

I don’t understand chemistry
But I know renewable energy
Has the sweetest ability
To be outsourced from you and me

Moon Time

Once
I was a fool  knowingly 
bathing in the sunlight

and    day after day
staring 
       into its rays
excited about the heat
it placed upon my skin 
                                 forever forgetting 
the damage it did to my hands
the damage it did to my eyes
the damage it did to my brain

BUT


by the grace of the stars
I found my way up and heavenward
                                                rediscovered 
                                         the beauty of reflection

the-power-of-pull
                        as well as
                                           the rhythm of time
which heals and endures

Oh yes
          once 
                 I was a damned fool
yet now that I’ve regained my senses 
                                                   

I ONLY 
GIVE MY

THE MOON
